A note from Carmen
I chose the name “Folded Tacos & Coffee” because folded means more than just how we serve a taco. It represents how we hold together the things that matter most—faith, family, and community. Just as a taco is folded to keep all its goodness inside, this space is meant to hold moments of joy, conversation, and connection. The fold is also a reminder that we are all gently held in God’s hands—safe, cared for, and loved. My hope is that every taco and every cup of coffee here nourishes not just the body, but also the spirit.
